Welcome to Yebol API. Yebol API delivers our algorithmically-derived web search results in response to the queries made by users. This policy constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and Yebol Co.
- You are permitted to use Yebol API only for the purpose of incorporating and displaying internet search results from such services as part of a web search product deployed on your Web site.
- The use of Yebol API is a free product, provided that the user adds the text "Powered by Yebol" in an easily visible way next to the Yebol search bar incorporated by the user.
- Yebol Co. grants to you a limited license to access Yebol API and use Yebol search results on your website, only for internal purposes that support your implementation of the "Services" on your offerings
- The use of Yebol API on a free basis is limited to 5000 searches per day.
- You may not sell, resell, redistribute, or transfer any portion of the Yebol API Services, If You wish to sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense or transfer any Services or search results in connection with your offering, You must obtain Yebol Co.'s prior written approval.
- Yebol Co. may suspend or throttle the services until Yebol Co. believes the number of queries will not exceed capacity limitations. Yebol Co. reserves the right to change in its sole discretion the limits and measurement period used for projected Queries,
- As between Yebol Co. and You, all right and any information provided in connection with are exclusively owned by Yebol Co. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as granting any intellectual property rights, licenses, or any other interest or obligation of any kind from Yebol Co.
